Possible Political Reason For Facial Attraction Denialism[edit source]
- Possible reason for such denial, is that in a liberal and democratic society, the history of physiognomy (study of physiological deviations) has politically incorrect connotations. The externalized acknowledgment of Facial Attraction can be seen as a dog-whistle for Extremist Ideologies. Also, females are more likely to be liberal, therefore they are more like to make claims that deviate from their biological or sub-conscious instincts (virtue signaling ala Wheat Waffles' reason for female behavioral ratings vs female claimed ratings).
