What the hell are you talking about? I never needed any antibiotics, still I am mentally ill. I would have survived in the past, too. Not even the "best" wife will make my mental illness go away, and I'll never get one anyway due to my four inch wiener, hunched back and mentall illness. Even if, her death would be so devastating that I my off myself immediately.
Further, you have no right to force such a shitty life on anyone anyway. My father is a psychopath, my mother had "pity" on him, a complete joke. Life itself is crap, and our origins, as Andy Nowicki writes in "Considering Suicide", are a slap in the face. Dutton is an imbecile and autist. As if we have no suffering no w/o eugenics -- we have dysgenics enforced and suffer mentally as never before. Even Vox Day, in his Darkstream 340 (Life is more than suffering), defends eugenics around 33:05. (In case of mental illness one should be cautious he says).
I understand this is a rant all over the place. Still, life itself is shit, perpetuated by horny imbeciles. God plays us a fool, sex is a curse, a result of the fall. Nowicki basically sees this like that as well (cf. Confessions of a Would-Be Wanker and his Notes Before Death).
Only because something exists does not mean it is good. Dog shit may exist on your lawn -- and sucks. Even incels want their suffering! Idiots! Kierkegaard, Schopenhauer, Nietzsche, van Gogh, Pascal, Leopardi, Weininger all lived during more traditonal times AND STILL SUFFERED FROM EITHER BEING HUNCHBACKS OR MENTALLY ILL OR BOTH.
